The ideal candidate for this position will have a high level of attention to detail, and will be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
They will be responsible for associate recruiting, training and development.
This newly created position will allow an opportunity to structure the Human Resources department for the company's anticipated growth.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Recruitment and screening of potential candidates -Scheduling and documenting training in compliance with quality certification specifications, OSHA and skills training -Maintain employee relations -Update and maintain job descriptions Job Type:

$55,000.
